Prepared and submitted membership, revenue and managed expense plans.  Authored narratives detailing healthplan operations, and financial analysis.

Developed financial plans, monthly operating and medical expense analyses, physician fee schedules, hospital contract analysis, billing audits and requests for proposals.  In addition to controller functions, actively participated on the Medical Management Team and the management of catastrophic/stoploss cases.
